Bayside Shakedown N.E.W.

In 2026, Tokyo is rocked by a series of increasingly dangerous crimes, including a kidnapping in which the perpetrators threaten to bomb the city unless a ransom is delivered—and inexplicably choose veteran detective Shunsaku Aoshima as the courier. At the same time, a string of murders involving 3D-printed guns leads to the theft of a deadly virus from one of the victims, followed by a threat to release it across Tokyo. Newly assigned to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s First Investigative Division, Aoshima and his colleagues race across the city to unravel the connected cases and prevent catastrophe.
