Balfour: Seeds of Discord
· Documentary · 48m -
A hundred years since Britain’s infamous Balfour Declaration, its repercussions are still felt across the Middle East today.
A century after Britain’s 1917 Balfour Declaration promised a “national home for the Jewish people” in Palestine, this documentary explores how a 67-word letter ignited a conflict that still defines the Middle East. Through expert insights and archival footage, it traces the imperial ambitions, broken promises, and lasting impact of a document that shaped history — and continues to divide it.
