Oplan Tokhang: Katarungan at Pananagutan

Accountability is nowhere to be found

This gripping investigative documentary exposes the human cost of the Philippine "War on Drugs" through the tragic story of Myca Ulpina, a three-year-old girl killed in June 2019, who remains the campaign's youngest victim. The narrative is anchored by her mother, Nanay Lydjay, who bravely recounts the harrowing events of that fateful day. Through her raw and emotional testimony, she fiercely debunked the official police narrative, clearing her husband and their family of the allegations used to justify the bloody raid.
