The Shape of Absence

n a world that constantly seeks progression and efficacy, ancient traditions and festivities may feel inconsequential for many. Slowly they are being forgotten and abandoned… but what happens to our soul and sense of self when we no longer have spaces that create community, bond and give us places to ask the most intimidating questions about the experience of being alive? What happens when we stop conceiving the human experience outside of productivity, comfort and “success”?
