Gregg Wayans was born in Los Angeles, California to Deidra Wayans (eldest sister of the large, talented Wayans clan that includes Keenen Ivory, Damon, Marlon, Shawn, and Kim Wayans) and Greg Benson Jr. and raised in Diamond Bar, California.
