Hugh rustles up a range of impressive dishes, using the finest seasonal produce that is available and tasty. From peas to strawberries, Hugh's picking 'em. But it's not all work and no play - there's parties galore with Hugh throwing a sheep shearing party, making a boozy prickly gorse flower brew and hosting an almighty great strawberry festival
