Daniel Leite

Graduated in cinema from Université Lumière Lyon II in France, Daniel Leite is a Director of Photography and works in the following segments: Cinema, Television and Advertising.

For the television industry, Daniel Leite was the cinematographer for the highly successful national series "Pablo e Luisão," seasons one and two.

For features films, Daniel Leite directed the photography of the films "Lima Barreto Ao Terceiro Dia" (Globo films) and "O Rj de Ho Chi Minh" - shoted in Vietnam - (Pipa distributing) and the fiction series "Cinema de Enredo", "Tudo Novo de Novo", "Aline", "Relógio da Aventura" (Globo) - as well as several short films including the short "Bodas", shown in Cannes in the 2016 edition.

Daniel was the Co-Director and Director of Photography for the series: "Expedição Oriente" - Schurmann Family - Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Antarctica - (Fantástico and Nat Geo). He was the Author, Director and Director of Photography of the sports series "Surfe no Oeste da África" (Canal Off) and directed the photography of the documentary "Vidas Embarcadas" filmed in Antarctica aboard the Brazilian Antarctic ship H44. He also signed the direction of Photography for the TV shows "Papel de Pai" and "Reforma de Casais" (GNT).

Engaged in national black cinema and after visiting the African continent many times, Daniel directed the Photography of the documentary "Falas Negras" (Globo) - this filmmaker develops some projects for films and books of a humanitarian nature for the village of Kabadio - South of Senegal.

Recently, he directed the photography of the nationally successful program: "Avisa lá que eu vou" (Fantástico / GNT).
