His short film “Whispers” (2025) received the Audience Favorite Narrative Short Award at the San Francisco Greek Film Festival.

His earlier work includes "The Amateur" (2021), a short film created as his graduation project, and the experimental short "Restarted Love", made during his quarantine with Covid-19 and presented at the 5th Panorama of Student Films in Thessaloniki, and online at Cinobo.

During his studies, he also worked on various projects, including documentaries as the "Philharmonic Society of Corfu" and "The Old Porcelain Factory in Nea Makri".

Beyond filmmaking, Lefteris works on various independent audiovisual projects — including event coverage, commercial spots, and wedding films.

He has also been a radio producer on an independent web radio station, where he hosted a show dedicated to cinema.

In his daily work, he collaborates with a UK-based company specializing in visual effects (VFX) for film.
