In 2019 his disturbing tale about possessed religious icons BELZEBUTH won 2 ARIEL AWARDS from the Mexican Film Academy and was the 5th most watched premier at SHUDDER horror streaming. In AMAZON PRIME MX the film remained for 5 years until 2023, when it moved on to NETFLIX LATAM, to continue haunting subscribers. In 2015 his oddball and homage to Mexican movies, THE POPCORN CHRONICLES (Ana de la Reguera adn Andres Bustamante) was the 8th most watched Mexican film of the year. In 2019, his Christmas Carol about Cops vs. Exorcists titled PASTORELA won 7 Ariel Awards and soon became a mexican winter classic.
