Kareem Hesham

Kareem Hesham is an Egyptian performer making his screen debut in Passing By (2026), an independent short film produced by Still Learning Films. A medical student, Hesham entered filmmaking for the first time through the project, bringing a natural and emotionally sincere presence to the screen.

In Passing By, he portrays one of the film's central characters, delivering a restrained and authentic performance that reflects the film's exploration of memory, identity, and the emotional weight of everyday life. Working under the direction of Mouhamed Hesham, the project marked the beginning of his journey in cinematic performance.

Although his academic background is in medicine, Passing By introduced Kareem Hesham to the world of independent cinema, where his quiet screen presence and commitment to honest storytelling became an integral part of the film's emotional core.
